1. Consultation Sessions

Because live spiritual consultations (like the 30-Minute Guidance or 90-Minute VIP Sessions) require dedicated preparatory energy and reserved time slots, all payments for these bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

If you fail to attend the session or join the online link at the scheduled time, the booking is considered completed. Rescheduling is only permitted if requested at least 24 hours prior to the session time.

2. Digital Products (eBooks & Workshops)

Upon successful payment via our Razorpay gateway, you receive immediate, irreversible digital access to protected eBook PDFs and private Video Workshop recordings. Because of the nature of digital intellectual property, we do not offer refunds on these items under any circumstances.

3. Payment Gateway Issues

If money was deducted from your bank account but our platform shows the transaction as "Failed" or "Pending" due to a connectivity issue with Razorpay, please do not panic. The money will automatically be refunded to your original source by your bank within 5-7 business days. If you still require the item immediately, you may purchase it anew.

4. Currency and Pricing

All prices displayed for consultations, eBooks, and workshops are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
